PAX
Fulfillment

How it works

Stock in.
Order out.

Six steps covering how goods move through the PAX Fulfillment warehouse — from the moment stock arrives to the point it ships or gets returned.

How it works

From goods-in to dispatch, without losing the thread.

01

Stock received

Goods arrive at the warehouse and are checked in against the expected delivery. Discrepancies are noted before anything moves further.

02

02

Checked & logged

Each item is identified and recorded in the system. This creates a clear stock record from the moment goods enter the building.
03

03

Stored

Stock is placed into the correct storage location. It stays there, tracked and accessible, until an order or transfer requires it.
04

04

Order picked

When an order comes in, the right items are picked from stock accurately and brought together for packing.
05

05

Packed & labelled

Goods are packed to the required standard and labelled for the correct destination before being staged for dispatch.
06

06

Shipped or returned

Packed orders leave the warehouse for delivery, or returned goods are received and processed back through the appropriate route.

When a job falls outside warehousing and fulfillment, it goes to the right part of the group — not folded into this operation.
